PRODUCT INFORMATION

What brands do you carry?
We definitely plan for our list of suppliers to grow, but we couldn't start a sexy shoe store without offering the Top Quality and Fierce styles of Ellie, Penthouse (Pin Up), Pleaser, Funtasma (Costume), Leg Avenue Shoes (Costume), and Bordello (Burlesque).

Are your items in stock?
All items listed on our online catalog are subject to availability. Our online inventory is not real-time and there may be items listed that are not currently in stock.

I ordered an item from your online catalog that is not in stock. Now What?
If you order an item that is not in stock, the full amount paid will be refunded to your credit card. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to placed back into your account.

What size should I order?
When buying open toe high heel shoes, we recommend purchasing the same size to 1/2 size larger than you wear in a flat shoe. When buying closed toe high heels, we recommend purchasing 1 to 1 1/2 sizes larger than your normal flat shoe size. All of our shoes & boots are available in whole sizes only, so please order the next largest size if you normally wear a half size. (i.e. size 8 ½ = size 9) These tips are taken from industry standards and should only be used as a guide for buying the proper size. We will not be held responsible if you do not purchase the correct size. Buyers should be familiar with their particular preference for sizing.

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

How can I change batteries on a light-up shoes?
Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.

Do you have a physical store location?
We are an online store only and do not have a retail store location.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) and also PayPal payments through PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your transaction. It starts with us having honest employees and taking safety measures at our location. Our goal is to enable you to make transactions with confidence at our site. We will never sell your name, address, phone number or any other information about you.

For those interested in paying via PayPal
PayPal is one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, PayPal payments are sent without sharing financial information In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to us or any other merchants.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. You can contact customer serive if you'd like to make a return or an exchange.

How will my package be shipped?
Orders made from our online catalog (Shipped from California US) will be shipped via UPS. Deliveries are made to all U.S. Addresses including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Box addresses.

You may request that your order be shipped to a PO Box, but please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order.

When will my package be shipped?
Items from the online catalog (www.thetigresscollection.com) are shipped from California. Please allow 2 business days (for handling) and 5-7 business days (for shipping) to receive your online catalog orders.

ORDERS TO CANADA: please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order as our suppliers no longer ship directly to Canada.

What if the shoes don’t fit, can I return them?
Yes, as long as they are unworn, in original shoebox and within one months of the invoice date. Please refer to our return policy (below) for more details.

RETURN POLICY

I. You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in the refusal of your return.

II. All returns must be preceded with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which may be obtained by email. Once your receive your RMA# you must return the item(s) to us within 3 days. Your RMA# must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Any item returned without a RMA#, or not shipped back within 3 days will not be considered for return and reshipped back to the return address at the buyers expense.

III. All returns and exchanges will be charged a $5 restocking fee, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of Tigress LC.

IV. Items returned must be in new unused condition with the undamaged, original manufacturer's box and packaging. All returns are subject to intense inspections, which allows us to insure that the item has not been worn. We will not accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

V. Please wrap or box all returned items.

VI. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. Damaged packaging or box (original manufacturer's box) will result in a $5 fee. We do not accept returns on shoes shipped without the original box.

VII. We will not refund the cost of shipping/handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the part of Tigress LC.

VIII. We recommend that you insure any package delivered back to us. We cannot be held responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages that arrive damaged due to shipping.

IX. Please contact us first if you have any problems or questions regarding your purchase or the Return Authorization Form.

X. Reporting false claims (chargebacks) is fraud, and will result in payment of costs incurred by Tigress LC.

XI. All authorized returns/exchanges that meet the above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase or store credit.



AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order, one agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. Tigress LC reserves the right to update and effectively alter portions of the terms and conditions periodically.
